I demonstrated Papyrus today at the user group meeting of NCAUG in
McLean, Virginia, USA. It went very well. I showed the table functions
and the text box features and the rotate feature and image insertion
and the use of different fonts and colors and so on. And then I showed
some of the spreadsheet functionality.

I demoed the brand new version of Papyrus I downloaded last night. The
download is only for people who purchased it. The updated version is
better than the version I first got two or three weeks ago.

Papyrus is a combo word processing/spreadsheet/database program. You
can learn more about it (and purchase it) at
http://www.titan-computer.com/ami/papyrus/e_index.html.

I got the Papyrus CD today, but no information where to download
updates.
Are you a betatester or how did you get this information?

You got the CD, but I didn't get that! I received email with the
address and username and password to download my version.

I downloaded my first Papyrus version about five weeks ago, then
another three weeks ago, then the most recent ten days ago.

I advised Michael Garlich that I was going to demo the product so he
may have made a special arrangement in sending me that last one.

I think Titan Software handles the German and international customers
differently. I think they didn't plan to do so, but they ended up
doing so because they didn't get the english language manuals yet or
something.

Did you get a manual?

Ok, that seems to be the the cause.

Yes, a real book (German) and Papyrus files (pap) on CD (German and
English).
